Leith Mansions
A full interior upgrade to a Maida Vale mansion-block flat, combining contemporary finishes with the building’s period proportions. Works included new herringbone oak flooring; a handleless kitchen with quartz worktops and oak accents; two high-spec bathrooms (marble-effect porcelain and dark stone); a bespoke media wall with illuminated shelving; and fitted wardrobes with black-framed glazed doors. A complete lighting refresh with a statement ring pendant and discreet integrated strips unifies the scheme for a calm, refined finish.

Morshead Mansions
Design-led upgrade to a mansion-block flat with an urban, contemporary palette. The reception was opened to the kitchen and fitted with a bespoke media wall in matte charcoal joinery. The new kitchen pairs brick splash backs with graphite/timber cabinetry and concrete-effect worktops, centred around an island and professional spray tap. Two bathrooms were fully refitted: a warm stone walk-in shower room with recessed niches, and a dramatic black-tiled suite with freestanding tub and slate feature wall. Bedrooms received fitted wardrobes with mirrored/black-framed doors, while wide-plank flooring, recessed lighting and refined details (including patinated toggle switches) complete the scheme.

Shirland Road
A full upgrade of a high-ceilinged period flat, pairing restored features with crisp contemporary finishes. Works included new engineered oak flooring; a compact U-shaped kitchen with gloss cabinetry, quartz worktops, Bosch appliances and a wine cooler; and a marble-effect bathroom with mirrored storage, thermostatic shower and heated towel rail. A new lighting scheme, perimeter coves, geometric pendant and modern wall lights, sets the tone, while the original fireplace, sash windows and cornices were carefully retained.
